She wishes. She wishes she had done many things differently now that death is looming over her. She wishes she had married Scott instead of waiting. She wishes she had really kissed Logan. She wishes that she had finished that book she was reading. She wishes she had gotten that tattoo she wanted all those years ago. She wishes she had adopted that puppy she saw in the pound last year.
But most of all, she wishes that she didn’t have to die now. As the wall of water closes around her, she knows it has to be this way.
